Broussard, LA | $15/hour; training pay | $17/hour; Night shift Pay

• Work directly with the Powder Coating Operator to prepare parts for the coating process

• Lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds onto racks

• Wash and dry parts before coating

• Vacuum and remove debris from work areas and parts

• Monitor the amount of time parts remain in the coating machine

• Follow instructions carefully and pay close attention to timers and processing times

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Standard night shift hours are 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM

• Eight hour workdays

• Training will take place before transitioning to the night shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be dependable and able to follow directions

• Must have powder coat assistant experience or similar. Sh

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

• Steel toe boots required

• Background check required and must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen 

• Paid training at $15.00 per hour

• Pay increases to $17.00 per hour when transitioned to nights
