Responsibilities
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet delivery deadlines
• Receiving inventory
• Manage inventory
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols
• Support packaging activities, ensuring products are securely prepared for transit
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse & production areas
• Assist in manufacturing goods in production

Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and stock management techniques
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
