We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Facilities Handyman. If you are a "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys variety in your workday and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

This is a versatile role where you will manage both indoor facility maintenance and outdoor groundskeeping. You will be our go-to person for keeping our space in top shape and assisting the team wherever help is needed most.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and upkeep, including changing door handles, locks, and hardware.

• Painting & Touch-ups: Assist with interior and exterior painting projects and surface maintenance.

• Carpentry: Handle basic carpentry tasks, such as minor wood repairs, assembly, or fixture installations.

• Groundskeeping: Maintain the aesthetic of our outdoor space by cutting grass, weeding, and performing basic landscape upkeep.

• General Support: Provide flexible assistance across various departments as needs arise.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal background (7 yrs)

• High School diploma or GED

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors.
