Assembler (Fabrication & Powder Coated Products)
Location: Broussard, LA
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Overtime required (including some Saturdays)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join their production team. This position focuses on assembling products after fabrication and powder coating, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-past environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble finished components and products according to specifications.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before and during assembly.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Strong attention to details and work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
