Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing is preferred, and candidates with electrical knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble products.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product specifications by measuring completed components.
- Perform light quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in assembly, production, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and identify part numbers.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented with a positive work ethic.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
