Seeking an Automatic Screen Printer Lafayette, LA | Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM | $14-$16/hourly [DOE] Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience running/operating an automatic screen printing press (REQUIRED).
- Strong eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain automatic screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints on apparel and other substrates.
- Set up screens, inks, squeegees, and flash units for each job.
- Troubleshoot common printing issues (ink consistency, registration, tension, etc.).
- Keep work area organized, cleaned, and production flowing smoothly.
